S: Women under 30 years of age without children or with a cesarean section.

L: Women over 30 years of age; or women of any age who gave birth vaginally.

It can be worn inside the body for up to 12 consecutive hours, allowing for any activity, including sexual intercourse. It is safe for sleeping, exercising, swimming in the sea or pool, and even compatible with white clothing.
